Flat Fee Bookkeeping Fees:
Flat Fee Minimum Monthly Bookkeeping is $225.00 per month.
**If your account requires more work, we have different levels you will be placed into, pricing as
follows:
Level 2- $280
Level 3- $400
Level 4- $500
Level 5- $625
Level 6- $750
Level 7 -$850
Level 8 -$900
**Note:
• Bookkeeping monthly fee only includes date entry into bookkeeping software, reconciling,
communications regarding transactions, & balancing each required register. It will not include other
additional services, & you will be billed additional for those.
• If the Level 1 Bookkeeping hours exceeds 4 hours more than 3 months consecutively, we will
inform you to upgrade to Level 2 bookkeeping at $280 per month.
